Last lesson our class played a game of basket ball. We had three teams, while two teams were playing, the other team sat down on the side line and all each had an ipad. On the ipad we were on Timemotion which is an app which you press start then watch the person and when they run press run when the stand still press stand still, when the jog or walk press the jog or walk button. At the end press stop. This app then tells you the percentage of time you walk, jog, run and standstill. This helps with your training so you know how much your doing and for how long.
This week i have learnt how to keep track of what im doing in games and how to use the Timemotion app. This week was really fun!
