What I have learnt this week...
This week me and my class mates have been using different apps on the Ipad to analysis skills. These skills have been: hitting volleyballs and kicking and throwing tennis balls with our strong and weak arm. It helps us because then we can see what we are doing wrong and how we can improve in that skill or how we can improve in a sport!

Last lesson...
Last lesson our class played a game of basket ball. We had three teams, while two teams were playing, the other team sat down on the side line and all each had an ipad. On the ipad we were on Timemotion which is an app which you press start then watch the person and when they run press run when the stand still press stand still, when the jog or walk press the jog or walk button. At the end press stop. This app then tells you the percentage of time you walk, jog, run and standstill. This helps with your training so you know how much your doing and for how long.
This week i have learnt how to keep track of what im doing in games and how to use the Timemotion app. This week was really fun!

This week i have learnt... WeVideo
This week I and my class mates have filmed ourselves doing skills for different types of sports like: chest passes, jumping passes, kicking rugby balls, kicking soccer balls, kicking goals, getting try's, shooting hoops, rugby passes, soccer passes, hockey goals and shoots and a lot more! When we completed this, we uploaded them on to WeVideo and put them in to a video about the sports performance class. In the sports performance class video we had to put in it what it is about e.g. what we do in Health, what we do in P.E, what we do in Digital, and what we do in Food. We also put in the video the videos that we filmed earlier on. What I learned this week was filming strategies and how to create a proper WeVideo and I have also learnt more stuff in WeVideo like effects and so on.
